Shipping and Delivery

Service area
We dispatch from Brisbane and currently serve customers across Australia. Local delivery is available within the South East Queensland corridor from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, subject to address confirmation.

Free local delivery for pail orders
Orders containing three or more 20L pails of tile levelling bases qualify for free local delivery within the Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast service area. We may contact you to confirm site access and a suitable delivery time.

Orders under three pails
Orders containing fewer than three 20L pails, and parcel orders for gloves, spacers or shims, are charged the delivery rate shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for this delivery charge.

Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary because of carrier delays, weather, site access or peak periods. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery or redirection may be passed on to the customer.

Damaged or missing deliveries
Please inspect your order promptly. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Free local delivery applies only to eligible addresses and eligible quantities. If an address is outside our local delivery area, the delivery cost displayed or quoted by us will apply.
