TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About us
This website is operated by TILVARQ Trade Systems, ABN 52 993 819 105, based in Queensland, Australia. Contact: support@tilvarq.com. We are not currently registered for GST and GST is not charged on our sales.

2. Products and information
We supply tiling and worksite products. We aim to describe products, quantities, dimensions and compatibility accurately. Images are illustrative and minor colour or packaging differences may occur. Tile levelling bases are sold without wedges unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

3. Orders and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, pricing or listing information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Payment must be completed through the checkout methods offered on the website. We may correct genuine pricing errors before dispatch and will contact you if this affects an order.

5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates only and can be affected by carriers, weather, access and other events outside our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes on delivery, subject to applicable law.

6. Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you may be entitled to a refund or replacement and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

7. Trade and installation responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their tile, substrate, joint width, installation method and job requirements. Product guidance is general information and does not replace professional judgment or manufacturer instructions.

8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or fraudulent orders, or copy website content in breach of intellectual property rights.

9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to TILVARQ Trade Systems. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

10. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
