Tile levelling bases help set a consistent joint while tiles are being positioned. TILVARQ offers Tile Levelling Bases in two variants: 1.0mm and 1.5mm. Both are supplied as 2,000 bases in a 20L pail.
The practical difference is the nominal joint size. Choose the variant that matches the joint specified for the job rather than selecting by appearance alone. Tile dimensions, substrate, tile movement, installation environment and applicable requirements can affect the final layout, so confirm the project specification before ordering.
For a simple order check:
- Confirm the specified joint size.
- Select either the 1.0mm or 1.5mm variant.
- Check that the bases suit the other levelling components and installation method being used.
- Estimate the quantity from the actual tile layout and site conditions.
A stated joint size does not establish universal compatibility. Follow the tile and levelling-system manufacturers' instructions for the project.
